Please read these Terms + Conditions carefully before accessing or using this website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms + Conditions.

PAYMENT: All orders must be paid in full before any printing is started. Should final payment and/or design approval not take place, the contract is terminated. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at Beaumont Ink. You agree to promptly update your account and other information so that your transactions can be completed and you can be contacted as needed.

CHANGES or CANCELLATIONS: If there is a need to change or cancel an order, please contact Beaumont Ink right away. If the you decide to cancel the job prior to any part of it going to print you are responsible for any materials that have been purchased. Cancellation after the job has gone to print will not be accepted. Due to the customized nature of each job, all printed orders are non-refundable, without exception. Every effort will be made to assure your satisfaction. In the event of a Beaumont Ink error, everything possible will be done to remedy the problem.

SHIPPING/DELIVERY: All shipping and postage will be assumed by you. Hand-delivery may be possible within a certain area, additional charges may apply. Shipping charges must be paid in full before shipment. Beaumont Ink is not responsible for damage during shipping. If the job suffers damage in transit, you must file a claim against the carrier to recover the value. Beaumont Ink will try to reprint the order as quickly as possible as a service to you, but will have to charge the full price for the replacement (including shipping charges). Each package is insured for the amount paid to Beaumont Ink.

POST OFFICE: You are responsible for mailing out your invitations. Please note that invitations usually incur additional postage because of their weight, size and /or shape. This is something that should be calculated at the post office by a professional. Beaumont Ink is not responsible for invitations or stationery that may get lost in the mail or destroyed through the mailing process. 

PROOFING: Beaumont Ink aims to provide accurate typesetting and content proofing. It is your responsibility to proofread and approve all final type, layouts and content. Beaumont Ink is not liable for errors or omissions. If errors are found after final approval is made, the cost of a reprint is your responsibility. Your consent and/or approval is required prior to release for printing.

FINISHED WORK: Due to the nature of handmade items and printed work, it’s not unusual to encounter slight variations and irregularities. All efforts will be made to keep these to a minimum.

SALES TAX: Beaumont Ink is required to add sales tax to orders within the state of Missouri, in accordance with state law. No exceptions can be made. 

PRIVACY: Any personal information provided to Beaumont Ink is kept confidential and is used only to fulfill the order and to support your experience with Beaumont Ink. This information is never shared with or sold to any other outside party.

DESIGN PROPERTY: The rights to all designs and concepts remain with Beaumont Ink and we reserve the right to use preliminary and completed designs for the purpose of display or for other clients, upon request. All work may not be reproduced in any form without consent from Beaumont Ink.
